This is a no frills condo which is not much of a looker on the outside but, very very well maintained on the inside. The Location is amazing and it does not get much better than this. Each unit is a corner unit, so natural light is plenty. Each unit has an enclosed balcony with slated tiles. The choices of furniture used are also very elegant and sturdy. As the building is owned and managed by themselves, the greatest plus point is that they take care of all your maintenance for you for free… Yes! You heard that right! Every single thing, even change of a light bulb is taken care of by the Management/owners of your apartment. Air conditioning and all other electrical goods are serviced and taken care of. Wow, think of the savings here, and all the hassle free time you will have as they have an in-house maintenance team who are top notch.
