Join KL Expat Malaysia on Saturday 08th June 2019 for “100 minutes of HIIT Yoga at the park”
We will start by breaking a sweat with Leagha’s strong HIIT workout where you’ll be able to work on your core strength, your upper body with some shadow boxing and lower body with resistance bands that are sure to burn that booty. Then let Claudia take over and guide you through a slow flow vinyasa yoga class to cool down and stretch those worked muscles, allowing you to release any tension in your body from your weekly workouts or even caught up stress. Then finish off with a 20 mins guided meditation to calm the mind and set any intentions for yourself that will allow you to keep going being the best balanced version of yourself.

Attendance Fee: RM60 on the day as an entry fee in cash.
We suggest you Grab to Lake Gardens as parking can be tight on weekends. We will meet at 8 am at the yellow dome structure by the lake, and either have the session there or move further in, so please be on time or else you might not find us!
Please bring your own mat (let us know if you need one), big water bottle, a small towel and anything you’d like to hang out after, maybe a sarong to lie around and read a book or a sandwich or snacks to picnic after. You are welcome to bring any potluck style food to share with everyone after the session.
No previous experience in Yoga or HIIT is needed, both sessions will be open to all levels and beginners, we will give options to those more seasoned practitioners and we will provide modifications for anyone working with injuries or taking it easy on that day.
