We are an outdoor based workout community that provides different type of drills to challenge you every week.
Lift our sandbags while running, push the tyre across the field and jump around with our pipes – to bring out the fitter & leaner you! This is the only place you can jump around like a child & not feel silly about it! Total playground for adults!
But don’t let any of these scares you!
Our coaches are highly experienced & American certified to guide & watch you through out your journey – to make sure that you’re SAFE & doing it effectively.
Make new friends & network with other participants through out our intense 90 minutes session. We have seen doctors, lawyers and even bakers closing business deals after working out!
Measure your progress with our monthly body composition test to see how well you have done through out your challenge period.

*Situated on a big football field. Ample parking space & near to public toilets.
