In conjunction with the world Anti-Obesity Day on Nov 27, in order to instil awareness among the people in Malaysia, Anytime Fitness Malaysia will be organising a charity run event called ‘HIIT THE OBESITY CHARITY RUN AT KOTA KEMUNING’ on 4th December 2016 that targets 1,000 participants. The mission of the event is to make our society a more health conscious and caring one.

HIIT THE OBESITY CHARITY RUN AT KOTA KEMUNING featuring 7KM run with 6 HIIT stations (eg. burpee, tuck jump, explosive jack etc) for participants to complete the challenge in order to earn their 6 unique HIIT WARRIOR’S WRISTBAND and finishing medal. Participants can either join as individual challenge (Single) or as a team (Team of 2 or Team of 3) to complete the challenge.
